According to federal jurisdictions and laws, all e-cigarette mail-order orders, packages containing e-cigarette related products require adult signature confirmation (over 21 years old) when delivered. When receiving such packages, the recipient must show the delivery person a valid, government-issued photo ID to confirm age.
